Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Hamilton, you will deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards while driving sales, supporting merchandising efforts, and protecting company assets. In this role, you will contribute to client outreach initiatives, help build brand awareness, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the boutique. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to achieve customer service excellence and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
• Reach & exceed your sales goals
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
• Assist in sales process as per established store protocols
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in the submission of daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock.
• Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
• Actively participate in merchandising projects, ie: daily stock maintenance, display changeovers, product transfers, etc…
• Provide superior after-sale service to all clients
• Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
• Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships
• Team-oriented
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
• Actively maintain the store appearance including keeping merchandise neatly organized and attractively displayed.
• All other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma and/or equivalent
• Must possess a strong luxury retail jewelry and time piece experience
• All applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, specialty luxury retail preferred
• Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
• Able to work well as a team player in a very fast-paced, energetic environment
• Able to achieve sales goals and be goal oriented
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
• Must be able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Must be able to sustain level of professionalism; friendly demeanor;
• The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
• Clientele building skills
• Must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
• Flexible to retail working hours including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
• Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter
• Bilingual is a plus

Account Manager (all genders) Nord

Dafür suchen wir Dich:

• Akquise von Neukunden
• Verantwortung für das Erscheinungsbild der Marke am POS // stationär und digital (Lagerbestand, Präsentation, Homepage, Social-Media-Aktivitäten etc.)
• Training des Verkaufs-Know-Hows aller Mitarbeitender durch regelmäßige Schulungen
• Sicherstellung der Aktualität sämtlicher Geschäftsdaten auf monatlicher Basis (Abverkauf, Lagerbestand, Sortiment, Digitale KPIs)
• Beziehungs- & Kontaktpflege: Vorstellung individuell zugeschnittener Angebote
• Aktive Unterstützung des stationären Fachhandels, auch beim digitalen Wandel
• Erstellung eines Aktivitäten Jahresplans für stationäre und digitale Kampagnen
• Enge Absprache mit dem Marketing bezüglich der Entwicklung von Kunden

Was Dich dafür auszeichnet:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, gerne im Bereich von Konsumgütern / Quereinsteiger mit dem passenden Mindset sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen!
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft
• Du überzeugst mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Hands-On-Mentalität und Aufbruchsstimmung strahlst Du aus
• Eine hohe digitale Affinität bringst Du mit
• Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englisch- und EDV-Kenntnisse
