  • Global Social Media Intern 100%

    THE JOB

    We are looking for a Global Social Media Intern for 6 months to join our international marketing team and support our social media project leader by helping out on the planning, creation and posting of social media posts on our global channels. Bring in new ideas and strategies for the different channels, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube, and support related content creation and photoshoots. The ideal candidate will help on the community management, work in close collaboration with the Global Social Media Project Leader and peers such as PR, online marketing, creative design, web development, sales, and customer service.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support in the planning, copy and posting of social media posts according to the annual content roadmap
    • Support in the daily community management
    • Support the creative design and graphic adaptation of social media material (IG Stories, covers, image formatting, etc.), as well a new content creation and photoshoots
    • Bring new ideas and strategies for our different channels, especially TikTok and YouTube
    • Establish and maintain close working relationship with the marketing, logistics, sales and customer service teams to ensure an aligned monthly plan

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Degree in Marketing, Communication or PR
    • First experience in Social Media Management
    • Professional experience in an international environment is a plus
    • Knowledge of the watch/luxury business is a plus
    • French and/or German speaker with very good level of English both written and spoken
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools
    • Knowledge of Sprinklr and/ or graphic tools is a plus
    • Team player with a hands-on personality
    • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
    • Customer and problem-solving orientated

    THE JOB

    We are looking for an Administration & Payroll Specialist with previous experience in a similar role to join a small HR team. In this position you will be mainly responsible for Payroll, Social insurances, and HR administration for the brands Hamilton & Certina which are in the same building. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, open-minded and likes to take full ownership of his role.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Payroll

    • Management of the entire payroll process (population of 95 employees)
    • Elaboration of monthly key figures: key figures, absenteeism, and accruals
    • Year-end work
    • Responsible for the ePayslip system

    Social insurances

    • Responsible for all social security matters
    • Responsible for family allowances, maternity, and paternity allowances
    • Main contact person for sick and injured employees

    Recruitment & personnel administration

    • Entry and exit formalities
    • Creation of personnel files, entry notifications and introduction programs
    • Writing of employment certificates and other attestations
    • Collaboration in giving support to the line and employees
    • Create job descriptions, requirement profiles, personnel request forms and employment contracts
    • Management and publication of job ads
    • Application management and pre-selection of candidates
    • Participation in the first interview for employee positions

    Further administrative tasks

    • Responsible for the time recording system „Calitime“: controls, corrections, evaluations and training of new employees
    • Organization und coordination of employee events
    • Lead or participate in various projects (HR digital transformation)
    • Statistics and KPI‘s

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Degree in business administration and further education in Human Resources (HR certificate)
    • Proven experience in an operational HR organization (payroll and administration) in a similar and versatile role
    • Knowledge of Swiss labor law
    • At ease with numbers
    • Very good organizational skills
    • Fluent in German and French with good English skills
    • Very good command of Microsoft Office Package
    • Command of ProConcept system is an advantage
