  • Digital Wholesale & Ecommerce Project Coordinator 100%

    THE JOB

    In our continuous effort todevelop our digital Wholesale business and to improve our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a dynamic and organized project coordinator at Hamilton HQ in Biel. The candidate will join the Ecommerce team to coordinate some complex projects and to support the marketplace development. He or she will be working closely with our partners/subsidiaries and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with our Sales team. In addition, he or she will support the Ecommerce team to scale our ebusiness internationally and to improve the customer experience and services.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and manage marketplace & Digital Wholesale in collaboration with the sales team
    • Monitor competitor’s activity and spot new opportunity
    • Support the local team to improve and manage Check and Reserve, Click Mall and Point of sales
    • Be part and coordinate projects with Ecommerce vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with multiple departments, and influence those partners to achieve desired outcomes
    • Provide reporting

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Academic degree in marketing, sales, Digital or business administration
    • Minimum 2-3 years of successful proven international Ecommerce experience and managing on-line retail business
    • Digital native and passionate about Ecommerce
    • Experience in Project Coordination (planning, follow-up of tasks and budget, etc.)
    • Good knowledge of marketplaces and e-commerce technical environment
    • At ease with numbers
    • Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders
    • Team player with good human relationship skills
    • Proactive, self-motivated and results driven
    • Mother tongue French or German as well as proficient in English (spoken and written)

    • Organization of the replacement of damaged components from watch assembly
    • Participation in process optimization
    • Preparation and management of quality statistics
    • Creation of non-conformity reports “RNC” of suppliers
    • Decision making on accepting or rejecting inspection lots
    • Functional control/analysis of damaged components and watches
    • Technical support for assembly factories

  • International Visual Merchandising Project Leader

    THE JOB

    We are looking for an International Visual Merchandising Project Leader to join our international marketing team. We have a collaborative and supportive team and value self-starters who aren’t afraid to bring bold ideas to the table. If that sounds like you, apply below!

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Define, develop, and implement Visual Merchandising concepts and POS material that fully cover Hamilton’s brand identity and respect the given budget frame
    • Design and implement Visual Merchandising solutions for special projects such as shop windows, special in-store animations, and pop-up stores
    • Design, develop and implement special displays such as the Hamilton Museum or special product launches, including follow up with suppliers and agencies
    • Design and develop POS materials and GWP items supporting the marketing team, following the production procedure by assuring the best quality /cost balance
    • Follow the POS materials items from production to final delivery
    • Create compelling Visual Merchandising guidelines for the markets
    • Take full responsibility for a compliant implementation of corporate the visual identity and presentation principles in the POS worldwide
    • Provide quarterly compelling Visual Merchandising reports to the Management
    • Assure effective communication and workflows with markets, provide trainings and market visits
    • Give clear briefings to agencies and assure an efficient follow-through of project
    • Responsible to organize international Visual Merchandising meetings, conference calls, follow-up, and reporting
    • Assure constant research on sustainable materials and approach to reduce the ecological footprint
    • Support the retail department from new opening to renovation of POS

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Degree in ES visual communication or university degree in design
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
