    La Maison HAMILTON recrute un vendeur en CDD 35H pour son Pop-up Store aux Galeries Lafayette à compter du 31 août 2026.

    En tant que Vendeur, vous êtes un véritable ambassadeur de la Marque partageant les valeurs et les ambitions. L’Univers de l’horlogerie et l’art de la vente sont également vos leitmotive.

    Votre rôle est de contribuez à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires du point de vente et d'offrir une expérience client personnalisée et exceptionnelle.

    Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

    • L’accueil et le conseil clientèle en respectant les codes et l’ADN de la marque
    • Le développement du chiffre d’affaires et l’atteinte des objectifs fixés
    • La fidélisation de notre clientèle et l’optimisation du fichier client

    Profil

    Vous possédez une première expérience en vente et êtes passionné(e) par le secteur de l'Horlogerie-Joaillerie et/ou Luxe.

    Dynamique et ayant le goût du challenge, votre communication est excellente.

    Vous êtes animé(e) par la culture du résultat, le sens du service et l'esprit d'équipe. 

    Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un univers haut de gamme et vous êtes en contact avec une clientèle exigeante.

    Compétences requises

    Maitrise du Pack-Office, notamment Excel.

    Maitrise des techniques de vente.

    Langues

    Anglais Courant.

    Une deuxième langue est un plus.

    Job Description

    As a Sales Associate at Hamilton, you will deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards while driving sales, supporting merchandising efforts, and protecting company assets. In this role, you will contribute to client outreach initiatives, help build brand awareness, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the boutique. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to achieve customer service excellence and meet sales objectives.

    • Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
    • Reach & exceed your sales goals
    • Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
    • Assist in sales process as per established store protocols
    • Communicate customer requests to management.
    • Assist in the submission of daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
    • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock.
    • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
    • Actively participate in merchandising projects, ie: daily stock maintenance, display changeovers, product transfers, etc…
    • Provide superior after-sale service to all clients
    • Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
    • Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships
    • Team-oriented
    • Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
    • Actively maintain the store appearance including keeping merchandise neatly organized and attractively displayed.

    Requirements

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Must have High School Diploma and/or equivalent
    • Must possess a strong luxury retail jewelry and time piece experience
    • All applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in a sales position, specialty luxury retail preferred
    • Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
    • Able to work well as a team player in a very fast-paced, energetic environment
    • Able to achieve sales goals and be goal oriented
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
    • Must be able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
    • Must be able to sustain level of professionalism; friendly demeanor;
    • The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
    • Clientele building skills
    • Must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy
    • Flexible to retail working hours including availability on weekends and holidays.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
    • Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter
    • Bilingual is a plus

    This is primarily an active position, which requires the Sales Associate to have the ability to stand approximately 5 – 8 hours per day usually 5 – 7 days per week. During peak sale periods (e.g. Holiday, Special Events), will work for long periods throughout a 1 – 12 hour day. May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly. In certain circumstances, weights may be higher. Required to work an average of 48 hours per week. Operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
