THE JOB

• Supervision of the entry control for watches and watch components
• Support the control of watches and watch components
• Functional control/analysis of components and watches
• Organization and approval of Reference Pieces
• Decision taking on accepting or rejecting inspection lots
• Creation of non-conformity reports for suppliers, follow-up of corrective actions
• Coordination of various quality-related projects and process optimization
• Preparation and management of quality statistics
• Ensuring technical support and quality standards with our partners and suppliers
• Support product development team in quality-related matters
• Coordination of watch & component homologations

YOUR SKILLS

• Technical education, ideally as a watchmaker
• Team leader skills
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Reliable and independent
• Flexible

• Native German or French with knowledge of the other language, good English skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP
