THE JOB

We are looking for an International Visual Merchandising Project Leader to join our international marketing team. We have a collaborative and supportive team and value self-starters who aren’t afraid to bring bold ideas to the table. If that sounds like you, apply below!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, develop, and implement Visual Merchandising concepts and POS material that fully cover Hamilton’s brand identity and respect the given budget frame
• Design and implement Visual Merchandising solutions for special projects such as shop windows, special in-store animations, and pop-up stores
• Design, develop and implement special displays such as the Hamilton Museum or special product launches, including follow up with suppliers and agencies
• Design and develop POS materials and GWP items supporting the marketing team, following the production procedure by assuring the best quality /cost balance
• Follow the POS materials items from production to final delivery
• Create compelling Visual Merchandising guidelines for the markets
• Take full responsibility for a compliant implementation of corporate the visual identity and presentation principles in the POS worldwide
• Provide quarterly compelling Visual Merchandising reports to the Management
• Assure effective communication and workflows with markets, provide trainings and market visits
• Give clear briefings to agencies and assure an efficient follow-through of project
• Responsible to organize international Visual Merchandising meetings, conference calls, follow-up, and reporting
• Assure constant research on sustainable materials and approach to reduce the ecological footprint
• Support the retail department from new opening to renovation of POS

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in ES visual communication or university degree in design
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Team player

• Proactive and who likes to take initiatives

• Excellent organizational skills, observation of deadlines
• Be able to recognize and solve unexpected issues
• Sense of duty towards the company especially while travelling and trainings
• Proficient with ADOBE SUITE (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of Sketch up (or similar 3D software)
• Autocad is a plus
• Proficient in English with Knowledge of French or German

THE JOB

• Contribute to the creation of training modules focused on product expertise, brand storytelling, client experience, and sales excellence.
• Adapt content for various formats (in-person, digital, gamified).
• Maintain and update training material.

• Co-facilitate training sessions in stores, meetings, and online environments.
• Assist in “Train-the-Trainer” initiatives and collaborate with local trainers.

• Gather feedback and monitor training KPIs to assess effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements based on business needs and learner feedback.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with launches and Go to Market initiatives.
• Maintain the training calendar and track participation records.

YOUR SKILLS

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality.
• Understanding of commercial dynamics.
• Mother tongue French or German
• Fluent in English

VOS MISSIONS

• Responsabilité globale des achats de composants pour la production et le SAV
• Suivi des composants et assurer la disponibilité pour le planning production des montres en collection courantes
• Suivi des composants et assurer la disponibilité pour les nouveautés, collaboration étroite avec le déptartement Produit et respect des dates de lancement sur les marchés
• Suivi des fournisseurs: contrôle des niveaux de prix, suivi des portefeuilles, visites et contacts réguliers
• Gestion des Dispoprofiles dans SAP en collaboration avec l’équipe Masterdata
• Création des données de base des nouveaux articles pour la partie achats (textes, Infos-achats etc.)
• Suivi des stocks et des inventaires de stock
• Gestion des budgets achats fournisseurs (Stecom)
• Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe logistique
• Collaboration avec les départements Produit, Qualité et SAV
• Contrôle et saisie des factures
• Gestion d’une petite équipe

EXIGENCES RELATIVES AU POSTE

• Diplôme d’acheteur ou équivalent
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des achats
• Expérience en logistique ou production

• Excellentes capacités de communication et négociation
• Doté.e d’un excellent sens de l’organisation, vous êtes capable d’analyser avec précision les informations afin de prendre des décisions
• Esprit d‘équipe
• Grand engagement, flexibilité, parfois amené.e à vous déplacer en Suisse et à l’étranger
• Travail structuré et précis afin d’atteindre les objectifs dans les délais impartis
• Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue
• Bonnes connaissances en anglais
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
• Connaissances SAP un atout
