  • Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns and initiatives on track.

    Profile

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
      • Supporting marketing project development under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager; scheduling promotional presentations, maintaining an annual project calendar, and ensuring deadlines are respected.

    • Executing marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget:
      • Tracking and providing detailed reports on budget expenses to the Senior Marketing Manager.
      • Coordinating the required approval processes for brand spending with the finance department.

    • Manage IOs, POs, code and process invoices. Request and submit proof of performance. Process credit report for Finance. Facilitate tracking of all marketing-related expenses.

    • Overseeing marketing material:
      • Artwork Production: Coordinating all media artwork requests between agencies and the publications; Coordinating production of additional visual creative, including posters, duratrans, direct mail, etc.
      • Reviewing each project to guarantee it complies with the product’s information before its submission to the Senior Marketing Manager.
      • Ensuring that material is consistent with planned marketing strategies; and monitoring and maintaining promotional materials inventory, when necessary.

    • Assist in the coordination, logistics, and preparation of the events.

    • Marketing Reporting: Assist Senior Marketing Manager with flash reports and ensure maintenance for HQ monthly distribution. Maintain HQ Media plan tool and ensure all marketing activities are input in a timely fashion. Drive Marketing projects from inception to completion.

    • POS Materials and GWP management:
      • Creation of new items on SAP and Amware Platforms
      • Creating and monitoring orders of gifts and other POS materials
      • Weekly monitoring of the POS inventory for tossing out of date items, re-ordering, and reserving material for specific events. Advising both marketing and visual merchandising teams of items in need for replenishment.

    • Coordinate and oversee the distribution of gifts with purchase (to include): Preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual market reports on recent marketing data:
      • Analyzing the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns.
      • Measuring the impact and outcomes of marketing activities.

    • Other duties as assigned by Management.

    Requirements

    • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business management.
    • Must have 2-3 years in the marketing field. Prior experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
    • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheets and flow charts, Adobe Suites, and SAP
    • Communicating clearly, both in writing and verbally, to convey innovative ideas, as well as to build trust and cultivate relationships with clients, coworkers, customers, distributors, and retailers is required
    • Must have strong multitasking skills; being able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; being versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities
    • Must be able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner using creativity and good judgment.

    Physical Requirements:

    This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Marketing Coordinator to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is

    Responsibilities Include

    Wholesale Sales & Business Development: Drive wholesale sales across Canada by achieving revenue targets, expanding distribution, and identifying new retail partners. Develop territory plans, present business opportunities, and secure new accounts that support sustainable growth.

    Moderate physical effort is required.
