Hamilton customers are granted immediately at the time of purchase with a 2-year warranty period. Hamilton Warranty covers any pre-existing defects to be repair free of charge and its valid worldwide.
The International Hamilton Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Hamilton watch (“defects”).

What is not covered in the warranty?
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the life of the battery, normal wear or damages resulting from accidents.

What do I have to show when bringing my watch to a service center?
Please always present the stamped and signed physical 2-year warranty card and/or the purchase receipt.
Do I get a Service Warranty after a repair?
Yes. In addition to our 2-year International Warranty, we also provide a Service Warranty of the same duration for any service performed by our official partners.
