My new Khaki field mechanical is easily my new favorite watch! Very light, easy to read and the NATO strap is very comfortable on my wrist. I also don't want to leave out the satisfying feeling of taking care of winding the watch every now and then and hear that nice ticking sound when doing so.

This is a great mechanical watch. I prefer this over battery powered watches and the thick auto watch I have. It is beautiful to look at and is easy to read with good contrast. I also like the fact that my copy of the watch is only off one second every two days. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would definitely buy another Hamilton watch in the future.

Hamilton manual wind Field Mechanical, 38 mm watch The watch I ordered (Khaki Field, Mechanical, 38mm) arrived as described, well packaged. No complaints. So far I like this watch. It has a simple movement that tells time with no unnecessary complications. In the short period I’ve had the watch it seems to run fast about 2 sec per day. Good. My preference would be for the watch have more water resistance such that I felt comfortable taking it for a swim. I have other watches that can do that, but it would be nice if this watch was one I could use in all activities with no concern. My problem.

I love this watch. It’s now my daily driver— my go-to, out of a growing collection. I like the tool watch simplicity and the mechanical quality. And the ritual of daily winding is one of life’s little pleasures.

The watch was everything described, in both the product description and the number of reviews I've seen. It's wonderfully thin, incredibly legible and a fantastic every-day watch. I enjoy the history behind Hamilton so this was an easy buy and would recommend to anyone who enjoys field watches under $1k
