Reviewed on 11-22-2025Website navigation was straightforward - thankfully, unlike some of my other preferred brands (Omega, Rolex, Tag) you don't overdo the animations, which makes it easy to locate, select, configure and order a specific timepiece. Shipping was fast and the item was well packaged. Post fulfillment, when I had a question, your CS team responded quickly. One suggestion: The online documentation (user / operating manual) does not discriminate well between specific models - e.g., for the Ventura Edge it describes locking the crown (common on my diving or water proof watches from other makers) to prevent water intrusion. However, the crown does not lock - it has only a wind and time set position. The product detail also notes " Water Resistance 5 bar (50m)". Confused, I contacted CS, and they clarified / corrected that a) the Edge crown des not lock, and b) it is only (their words) "splash resistant". Thankfully, I had not worn in in. e.g., our pool. Otherwise, great purchasing experience across the board.
