Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All deliveries are carried out by our shipping partners DHL, GLS, or Mikkropakket DHL, with hand delivery against signature.
Delivery is made to your home or workplace within 2 to 5 business days for standard delivery (excluding a maximum of 48 hours for processing and shipping), or within 24 hours for express delivery (same-day shipping for all orders placed before 11:00 a.m.), except in cases of exceptions, which will be communicated.
The announced delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. In any case, upon validation of your order, a latest delivery date will be provided. Unless otherwise stated on the Website at the time of your order, all orders are shipped free of charge.
Returns
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your HAMILTON product.
However, you may decide to return it to us. In this case, we will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
To ensure a swift handling of your request, we distinguish between two types of returns. Therefore, when returning your HAMILTON product, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the procedure described for your specific case.
Legal right of withdrawal:
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, we ask you to do the following:
Inform us of your decision to return the ordered product(s) by means of an unambiguous statement via email to the address: shopbe@hamiltonwatch.com.
To this end, you may complete and send us the legal withdrawal form by clicking [here]. The use of this form is not mandatory. Please include in your email or in the said withdrawal form the order number corresponding to the product concerned, which can be found on the invoice you received; and
Return the product along with the delivery slip within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You assume responsibility for the returned product until it is successfully received by our services.
Legal warranty for defective products:
We do everything we can to ensure that your product is delivered in the best possible condition. If a delivered product is incomplete, damaged, or defective, or simply different from what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or refund you under the conditions specified in Article 8.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.
