Delivery & Returns

 

Delivery

We offer a single, standard delivery service free of charge for all Hamilton orders. Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from an order confirmation unless otherwise advised.

The exact shipping date of your order will be sent to you via email and will include a tracking number. For orders with multiple items, we may deliver several products from the same order by instalments, this will be communicated to you via the shipping notice.

If we cannot meet the estimated delivery date indicated in the order confirmation and the revised delivery date will exceed 2 to 5 business days from an order confirmation, then we will contact you to advise you of a proposed new date for delivery. If you refuse the revised delivery date and we are unable to deliver the product(s) within 2 to 5 business days from an order confirmation or prior to the specifically agreed delivery date if applicable, then you may cancel the order without charge and obtain a full refund. Where the products are delivered in instalments, then, unless expressly otherwise agreed, all of these instalments will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days from an order confirmation.

All orders placed on this website are being shipped by Team Global Express within Australia. The place of delivery is as stated in the order confirmation and all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. We ship within Australia only (excluding its External Territories).

 

Returns 

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

 

RETURN PERIOD

If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days following the returns process set below.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

·         All returning items must be returned in its original condition and components

·         You must take reasonable care of the products until returned. All returned products need to pass Quality Control before approval for refund. For example, if a watch arrives back to our logistics centre with the bracelet or strap damaged in any way (not due to our fault or negligence) or not in its original condition, then we reserve the right to deduct the costs for a new bracelet or strap from your refund of the price of the watch. If possible, please include your despatch note and all packaging intact.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming your return. Please note that depending on the method of payment selected, refunds may take up to ten working days to appear back into your account.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. All return requests will be processed for a refund. Unless your item was received damaged or with a manufacturing fault.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We try to select and package items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. All returns due to damage or defects need to be returned within a reasonable time.

In these circumstances we will also cover the cost of the return postage via a pre-paid postage label. To receive a pre-paid label, please email shopau@hamilton.com with your order number and description or issue.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Download and complete the return form (download here). If you do not have a printer, no problem! Please send it to us via email at shopau@hamiltonwatch.com
  2. Contact our e-commerce customer service team via email at shopau@hamiltonwatch.com to request your return authorisation code
  3. Ensure your item(s) are eligible for return
  4. You must take reasonable care of the products until returned. All returned products need to pass Quality Control before approval for refund.   5. Once we have received your return, we will send you confirmation email. We endeavour to process all the returns as soon as possible, however sometimes we might take slightly longer, please allow up to 10 business days.

 

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and the terms of this Delivery and Returns Policy are not in any way intended to exclude, restrict or modify your statutory rights in relation to unwanted or faulty products. 

 

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
