In close collaboration with “Dune: Part Two” prop master, Hamilton designed and created the custom “Desert Watch” to fulfill filmmaker Denis Villeneuve’s vision for the film. The Ventura Edge Dune limited edition is inspired by the wrist device and bears a mat black PVD-coated angular case. Its digital display glows up in blue, a reference to the unmistakable blue eyes of the Fremen people, while the dial imitates the relief elements we can see on the prop in the film. This limited edition piece comes with a commemorative packaging inspired by the film that fans of the films and books, as well as collectors, won’t want to miss!

I like the design, and I think the watch looks better in real life than in photos, which don't do it justice. Little details like the beveled sapphire crystal don't come across on the screen. It also feels like a quality product. I hope the PVD holds up. At this price, DLC would have been nice. While I like the watch, I think it's expensive for what you get. I've seen plenty of comments on watch forums criticizing the price. The display box will look good on the shelf with my Centipede Press Dune books, so that's a plus!
