when i tried it on it was the wrong size and i sent it back and got a refund and was able to order a new one pretty easily. the whole process went fairly quick and easy. and i'm happy with the quality of the product

The clasp release is a little large and can sometimes press accidentally while moving or carrying objects. The bracelet has accidentally come off twice due to this.
