Love the strap, the description does not do it justice. Leather is awesome quality and didn't take as long as I thought to break in to a nice fit. I only wish I got the longer version of this strap. If you have a chunky wrist, grab the long version instead of standard

The strap looks exactly as pictured, though I was a bit surprised by the thickness. I thought a leather strap would feel sturdier, but this one felt a little thin and flimsy. Measuring with a caliper, the leather is about 1.15mm thick. There's nothing wrong with it being thin, but not was I was expecting. Otherwise, the leather itself seems to be good quality. Haven't worn it sufficiently to speak to its long term durability, but so far it seems to be robust and like it will last a while. It being a NATO strap and a thinner leather certainly helps with comfort. There's really no need for break in.

This strap is high quality but I had to have a leather shop take some length off. Might be nice to have a shorter version for us skinny wristed folk.
