It is a beautiful watch. The quality is obvious. The small second hand a 8:00 is unique and gives the impression that it is a much more expensive watch than it is. I really like the orange dial on the small second hand. I was a little concerned that it might be too bright. But, now, having the watch I think the color is perfect. The orange stitching on the leather band matches the dial, another sign of quality and craftsmanship. I think the date window with a black background and white numbers would a slight improvement in the design. Very minor point and just personal opinion. I've only checked the watch for accuracy for a couple day. It's a few seconds fast which is much better than being slow. I know that an automatic watch will never be as accurate as quartz, and that doesn't bother me. So far, so good. I haven't had a need to contact customer service so I can't comment on that.
