The watch itself was gorgeous; the problem I had was that the strap on the watch wouldn't completely go around my wrist and when I called Hamilton, to purchase a larger strap, they said there was no larger strap for the watch.... so I returned the watch. I hope in the future Hamilton will make longer watch bands or steel bands for these watches. I will continue to look on their site and if I ever do see that these watches come with a longer or steel band I would definitely reorder the watch. Customer services was awesome throughout this whole process.
