Superb watch met all my expectations and very comfortable to wear. I expect to buy again from Hamilton very soon. Only two criticisms, owners instruction manual should be model specific and not generic considering this quality and cost of watch. Come on Hamilton, a dedicated manual costs peanuts. Also, no information re ongoing servicing provided. The customer does not have the "joined a family" post purchase experience of many other major brands .Very bad marks for that for you on that point. Again, this is a very low cost problem to solve and actually creates an ongoing revenue stream/profit centre and promotes customer loyality. Come on guys, you make beautiful watches at very affordable price points but leave the customer feeling "unloved". Is this a Swiss thing? (just joking, forgive my British humour !) As a professional entrepreneur/marketeer with 35 years experience of selling my own products, please guys, take my advice, do yourselves a favour, hire someone new in your CRM dept. All the best. Will be buying from you again soon despite your faults!
