Founded in 1965, Air-Glaciers is a pioneer in mountain rescue and has become one of the most advanced helicopter rescue organizations in the world. Carrying out more than 3,000 missions per year in the Swiss Alps, performance and precision from their equipment is paramount in the success of every mission.
Air-Glaciers operates 6 bases throughout the Swiss Alps (Sion, Collombey, Leysin, Gampel, Lauterbrunnen and Gstaad) from which its crews take off to carry out rescue missions as well as passenger flights, spray, taxi and air freight transport flights.
