To the extent permitted by law, the competent courts at the place of the registered office of Hamilton, currently Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising from the Terms of Use and your use of the Website, subject to Our right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
