Reviewed on 08-07-2021Attempted to order a watch online at hamiltonwatch.com, but couldn't checkout. Phone rep said checkout was not working at the time. He just told me to try again later. Ideal customer service reply should have been, "Apologies. We'll contact you as soon as it's up and assist with your order." Also, I'm a former Marine (Desert Storm) and currently an active police officer. I was disappointed to learn Hamilton offers a discount to active-duty military only. Consider expanding that criteria?
