Reviewed on 06-15-2021Tried to reach on line and received no response. Had to call in order on phone. Tried to buy from store on locator and had slow response. Wanted info on band length and had no help online or from store. Needed 8.5 to 9 inch band and was assured on phone it would fit 8.5. It does. But only on last hole and then band is to short to fit into keeper. Need a longer band, but see no where to get one for a new watch. It's silicon, how hard can it be to get one of the straps a half inch longer?
