Reviewed on 08-20-2022I ordered a watch on a Friday and it shipped on a Tuesday. Unfortunately, the watch was never delivered as I was not home to receive this watch. This is due to the delivery service and no fault of Hamilton. However, the product was not left at a local facility for pickup. It was shipped pack to Hamilton who wanted to re-attempt delivery. It took approx 2-3 weeks and multiple calls and e-mails to get a refund. Customer service was okay and I cannot comment on the watch as I never received it.
