The call after package was received the person would not listen to my concern of the extra fee I paid for overnight service that I did not get the package coming on Tuesday for a order that was made on the Thursday before. They would not entertain my request and rudly cut me off in my explanation.

Reviewed on 09-24-2022I wish it had of specified it came with a strap. The 'buy strap' button is a good upsell technique. Also, it doesn't glow in the dark unless I charge it.

Reviewed on 09-24-2022Easy to find products, I wish there was more variety with colored buckles though. There’s only 2 20mm straps that have black buckles. Mall the other straps are silver buckles and clad with the all black khaki field mechanical.
