Reviewed on 11-10-2022When I placed my order I also used the email address and requested my order not to ship until the 9th of Nov. as I was out of town. This was not done. I almost missed my pick up day and UPS was about to send my order back. Why provide an email address on the checkout page if nobody reads the mail?

Reviewed on 11-10-2022I was very dissapointed that the original watch band showed the wear that it did. I only wear the watch to formal and dinner events, so it does not see any type of aggressive use. Spending $100.00 for the replacement was hard to accept. I do love the watch itself though.
