Reviewed on 10-17-2023Watch was supposed to be sized but it wasn’t sized. The crown didn’t work, it was stuck, so I returned it. Not sure why the company wouldn’t check the watch before sending it out, that’s poor quality control. Overwise a nice looking watch.

Reviewed on 10-17-2023Purchased my fiancé a jazz master as a wedding gift. Delivery was very fast! It didn’t come with the tool to change the band even though I ordered a separate band. Customer service was fast and efficient and I received the toll free of charge in a few days.
