I was a disappointed it came with no instructions but instead directed me to the website (and I still can't find them o the site). So I'm not entirely sure what a half-pull of the watch button does. Customer Service is a little slow replying to emails. The one thing that would make me think twice about buying again is that I bought a watch that needed the band sized. So there's this whole procedure on the website where you print out a piece of paper and use it to take proper measurements of your wrist so that they know how many links to put in the band. So I go through the process very thoroughly and put that information in with my web order. And then they send me a full-size band anyway. So, because they didn't size it, I had to go across the city to their technical division (and pay for parking) to have it done, taking a few hours off work I didn't have. Anyway, very happy with the watch but I don't have instructions and wouldn't want to go through this process again with sizing. This should have been a premium experience (to go along with the watch) but it wasn't.
