  While it arrived quickly, dealing with Fedex and the in-person sign requirement was frustrating. I had to change the address to my work so I could collect the strap. Would order from Hamilton again but next time I'll make sure I'm holidays

  Nice strap. Hamilton website states each strap comes with a pin removal tool which was not included. Also wish the green NATO strap came in 22mm.

  The ease of checkout and selection was great. The only hiccup was the cart took absolutely forever to load when I added the watch. I'm talking like 3-4mins for the cart to add my watch.
