Reviewed on 17-06-2024Since I knew exactly the watch I was looking for it was easy to find with the search option, but without the search I would never knew where to look for it. For the delivery, it would be nice to have a better time frame then between 8am and 5pm and lost an entire day of work but I guess it’s more of a shipping company problem than your company problem.

Like when viewing a watch with multiple options (like the Khaki Field Mechanical), it's hard to differentiate between the different options, the website changes as you choose another option making it confusing as to which you've viewed and the differences. Or if the models were a little better lined up/ displayed. I love researching and learning all about what I'm buying but it took me a little while to realize that a lot Hamilton's just share names or are very similar but are different. I fear someone may become a bit overwhelmed in trying to understand the best fit for them.
