Hamilton Watch pick-up service

*This service is only available inside Switzerland for consumers/watch owners and not to service centers who send the watch on behalf of a customer.

We offer you free packaging and postal material, including return postage to send us your Hamilton watch for service. Fill in the form with your personal details  and we will send you the material as soon as possible.

In the packaging material you will also find a form that must be filled out and sent along with the watch. Bring the package to the post office and request a shipping receipt. There is no postage to pay. Your watch is on its way to us.
Please note: the package is only insured for one watch.
